Update Your 3 Rivers Contact Information
Making sure 3 Rivers has your up-to-date contact information can help ensure that you receive notifications from 3 Rivers regarding changes to service, interruptions or planned outages by any method you prefer — text/phone (cell/landline) or email. If you use 3 Rivers SmartHub, our online billing and account management service, log in to your account and check your current contact information and preferences by clicking on Settings and following the prompts if needed. If you do not use SmartHub, you can sign up from your PC at 3rivers.net under "My Account/Payment Options" or download the app to your mobile device (available FREE on the App Store and Google Play). Once you're set up, you can provide contact and notification preferences. If you choose not to sign up for SmartHub, please call a Customer Service Representative at 406-467-2535 and we'll be glad to confirm or update your contact information and preferences over the phone. |
