Tuesday: Academic Center Open House

Join us for an Open House at the College of Business and Economics Academic Success Center this Tuesday, Feb. 10, from 2-5 p.m. in Hyland Hall 1001. Meet the team and learn about academic support available this semester in finance, economics, accounting, and statistics.

Wednesday: Disconnect to Reconnect 

Trade your screen time for real-time connections this Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 2-4 p.m. in the University Center Hamilton Room. Unwind with game tables, cookie decorating, bracelet making, and more. Turn in your phone for a free raffle ticket to win prizes.

Feb. 18: Women in Entrepreneurship

Engage in a panel discussion with four women entrepreneurs, including three UW-Whitewater alums and one current student, on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 3:30 p.m. in Hyland Hall 2310. Light refreshments will be served. 

Feb. 18-19: New Student Seminar info sessions

Are you a faculty or staff member interested in teaching a New Student Seminar course next fall? March 11: Student speaker competition deadline 

Are you graduating this May? Apply to be a commencement speaker. Address your fellow graduates and leave your legacy at UW-Whitewater. Applications are due by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11.

UW-Whitewater Capstone Award 

Megan Gleisner, a student in UW-Whitewater's school psychology program and native of Jefferson, Wisconsin, has earned the 2025 Outstanding Capstone Award from the university's School of Graduate Studies. 

Students named Academic All-District in fall sports

A total of 21 student-athletes from UW-Whitewater teams were named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) for the 2025 fall season.

A total of 11 Warhawks are part of the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Education and Professional Studies.
