Prepare for the future of UA by attending the new Capstone Convergence Readiness Workshops. Beginning September 23, the series launches with Workday 101: Employee Self-Service (ESS), where faculty and staff will get their very first look at Workday.

Participants will learn about Workday capabilities, how changes may affect their day-to-day work and discover steps they can take now to prepare. Readiness workshops provide opportunities to ask questions, build confidence and prepare for upcoming changes before formal training begins.

By participating in Readiness Workshops, employees will earn digital badges and digital coins that can be exchanged for rewards as part of our Change Champions program!

The program is designed to prepare employees for upcoming changes as they get an early look at the new systems and connect with colleagues from across campus. By building awareness early, employees will be able to navigate future training and system transitions with greater confidence.

Over the next two years, get ready to see some exciting changes as new systems like Workday, CORE (Collaborative Operations & Research Ecosystem) and Okta replace aging, outdated systems. Behind the scenes, UA teams are also implementing enhanced Data & Reporting capabilities, improved integrations and a new Enterprise Data Warehouse.
