Helping Members Access Care Conveniently
|
Our health plans offer a variety of options for employees and their dependents to get the care they need at the right time and in the right setting. According to the New England Health Institute, 56% of emergency room visits are avoidable.* When it’s not a life-threatening emergency, knowing these options before an illness or injury occurs can save time and money. We encourage you to share this information with your employees.

|
Our highly skilled teams are always available and ready to offer solutions that support your employees’ needs. Here is an example that we are proud to share:
At a recent benefits fair, a member shared her concerns about the expenses for her son’s care through an out-of-network provider. Our team was able to help the member on the spot — by first confirming the provider was now in network, and helping her select a different plan that would save $700 in out-of-pocket costs.

We appreciate these moments to help our health plan members — and ensure they can access the care they need.
