| Progress on University Drive

The improvements underway on University Drive through the TCU campus are on schedule to be wrapped up by the beginning of the fall 2024 semester.
|

|
Students are headed to campus, and activity is ramping up, including the primary move-in date of Aug. 10. Other activities include Recruitment Week Aug. 12 and other related events throughout the month.
|
|
|
|
TCU's first home football game will kick off at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7. Parking opens four hours before kickoff, and neighbors can expect Stadium Drive (between Cantey and Bellaire) to be closed. In the days leading up to the opening game, band rehearsals, sound checks and other activities are underway.
|
|
|
| TCU’s future campus master plan will be guided by several core initiatives. The plan will consider green spaces, sustainability, infrastructure and learning environment, among other priorities.
|
|
|
|
Cue the celebration! TCU will welcome new and returning students with events that are scheduled to include fireworks on the evenings of Aug. 17 and 22. Classes begin Aug. 19.
|
|
|
|
TCU’s ROTC program conducts periodic training exercises and ceremonies using simulated rifles. These may take place at various locations on campus.
|

|
|
