Faculty Feature: Dr. Allison Eberly

For this Faculty Feature, we spoke with Allison Eberly, PhD. Dr. Eberly’s interests include microbiology, molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases, mycobacteriology, nontuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM) infections, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and optimizing test utilization.

An informal "work-in-progress"- update, where the "work" is your academic self! This gathering is intended to provide a friendly, safe space for faculty at all levels to reflect on successes, share obstacles or challenges, and visualize future goals and ideals.

SPARK is accepting applications for a July 11th project presentation.

New Funding Level: Up to $10,000 

Who should Apply? (Announcing NEW ELIGIBILITY)
This initiative is designed in support of developing and elevating scientific research ideas, new educational programs, and intradepartmental collaborations. While the program is focused on junior faculty (at instructor or assistant professor level), mid-career faculty who are embarking on a change between a clinical and research focus, or desire to receive mentored guidance on a new research direction are also encouraged to apply.  

Expanded eligibility criteria: Under certain conditions, post-doctoral/clinical/PSTP fellows may also be eligible to apply.  Please see the OFD website for more information.

Complete Details and Application Submission Deadline is May 15.
