First Payroll of 2026 – Friday, January 9 |
Your first bi-weekly paycheck of the year is coming! 🎉 Please take a moment to carefully review your check stub in UKG. While reviewing your paycheck is always smart, the first of the year is extra important.

Benefits: Are the correct deductions being withheld? Questions? Email benefits@nsm-seating.com.

Home Address: Make sure it’s current—your taxes depend on it.
- Federal Tax: Review your federal withholding. Update your W-4 if needed.

State Tax: Review state withholdings. Update if necessary.

Local Tax: See the list of states with local taxes below. Questions? Email payroll@nsm-seating.com.

📄 Tax Documents & Updates

2025 W-2s Are Available Now!
|

Access in UKG: Myself > Pay > U.S. Wage and Tax Statements > Click 2025.

Paper copies (if requested) will be mailed by January 31. Make sure your UKG address is current!
- All employees can download a W-2 at any time, regardless of mailing preference.

💸 Review Your Withholding
|
The IRS recommends reviewing your W-4 at least once a year. Things to consider:

Marital status changes?
- New baby or dependents?
- Other income sources?
- Withheld too much or too little last year?

⚠️ Other Important Tax Information
|

Overtime (OBBBA): Qualified overtime from 2025–2028 may be deducted from federal income tax. Look for amounts in Box 14 of your W-2. Questions? Email payroll@nsm-seating.com.

HSABank 1099-SA: Your HSA distributions (if any) will post soon. Log in at www.myhsabank.com > Resources > Tax Documents > Download 2025 1099-SA. Paper forms arrive late Jan/early Feb.
- 1095-C Forms: Required under the ACA, these confirm your 2024 medical plan offer and enrollment. Distributed by March 2, 2026.
