FIT4BABY is a 6-week program that incorporates community-based workouts, weekly education and resources, a private group to connect with other mamas-to-be, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. Build the mental and physical endurance and strength your body needs for pregnancy, birth, and beyond with FIT4BABY, Mama!
Session officially begins Sunday 02/02 and ends on Sunday 03/09 - each week we will have a guest speaker after class to offer resources for pre and postnatal care, including but not limited to: lactation consultants, sleep trainers, post partum depression care, doula services, and many others.
