Welcome to a new semester, and welcome to Faculty Affairs Monthly, your consolidated source for resources, events, and updates focused on faculty development. I know you receive emails all day long; but rather than adding to your to-do list, this monthly update is my way of giving you a curated update you can bookmark or refer back to when helpful. Applications now open for International Research Fellowships
|
|
The Reves Center funds and promotes internationally focused research that includes international travel. Apply for the 2025-2026 Reves and Drapers' Faculty Fellows are by February 14, 2025.

Retirement Planning—Voluntary Faculty Early Retirement Incentive (ERI) Plan
|
|
|
|
Eligible faculty received an email alerting them to the recently approved Early Retirement Incentive (ERI) Plan. If you are over 60 years old and have at least 10 years of service at William & Mary, you are eligible for this plan. Governor Youngkin approved two cycles of the William & Mary Plan. The approved ERI Plan offers an option for retiring in 2025 or in the summer of 2026. You can now access the application for the ERI for retirement dates in 2025 via the University Human Resources webpage. More information about the ERI is located on the Faculty Affairs website, including dates for planned information sessions.
