We can’t help but be a little excited. The Quick team has been working hard to pull together a new season that celebrates all that Fairfield University has to offer – bringing the highest caliber of artists and thought-leaders to our stages and community for engaging, exhilarating, and enthralling programming.
2023-24 Season Highlights:

• U.S. Premieres by: nora chipaumire, circus company Agathe et Adrien, and Michael Keegan-Dolan with his Ireland-based dance company, Teaċ Daṁsa
• The return of Grammy Award-winners Ranky Tanky with very special guest, Lisa Fischer, best known for her work with The Rolling Stones and Sting
• Artists new to the Quick stage include an evening of thrilling chamber music with Young Concert Artists on Tour, powerful taiko drumming with Drum Tao, circus that will make you flip (literally!) with Flip Fabrique, and dance company, A.I.M with Kyle Abraham who present a new work featuring the music of Nina Simone
• South African Gregory Maqoma returns with an exciting evening of dance that features a live chamber choir
• Perspective changing theatre is back with our acclaimed Global Theatre Performance Series curated by Cheryl Wiesenfeld
• Orin Grossman welcomes us to an afternoon in Paris joined by Giulia Contaldo
• A special evening with Jazz giants: vocalist Dianne Reeves, pianist Chucho Valdés, and Joe Lovano on saxophone
• Plus, thought-provoking speakers as part of our Open VISIONS Forum series including Zanny Minton Beddoes, Michael Pollan, Susannah Heschel, Marian Grant, Radhika Dirks, Timothy Snyder, Juju Chang with Masih Alinejad, Kaitlan Collins, and Art Spiegelman

With award-winning artists and speakers, brand new seasons of The Met: Live in HD and National Theatre Live, and presentations by our University partners, the Quick offers a season that highlights our mission to serve as a dynamic and inclusive center for the whole community that inspires intellectual curiosity, broadens perspectives, and transforms the way we see the world and how we interact with one another.

| The Quick is full speed ahead with our in-person programming, but we know there are patrons who enjoy the Quick Live as well. With more than 450 programs since Spring 2020, The Quick Live continues to offer live, interactive digital programs that enhance our passion for learning. Even better, those events are archived so you can tune in, make dinner, enjoy a learning lunch, listen while you work, and enjoy the Quick’s online programming as part of your day-to-day way of staying connected, inspired, and part of the Quick’s community of like-minded arts and culture lovers.
