| UT Living Well's Fall Into Fitness Steps Challenge |
From Oct. 1 to Nov. 5, log at least 8,000 steps a day for 28 days to earn 250 Texas Stars. Join a team of up to five people and collectively log 1 million steps to earn 100 bonus Texas Stars — as long as you also hit your individual goal.
This challenge is one of many ways to earn Texas Stars through UT Living Well Rewards, with a variety of rewards to choose from each plan year. Register by Oct. 12

University Health Services is hosting mobile vaccination clinics across campus. Flu shots are free with UT SELECT or the Student Health Insurance Plan, and most other insurance plans cover the cost. Without coverage, flu shots are $15. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. COVID-19 vaccines are also available. View schedule and book an appointment.

| Annual Preventive Care Exam |
An annual preventive care exam helps identify health concerns early and gives you time to talk through your health goals with a provider. Complete a qualifying exam by Feb. 28, 2027, to meet the Preventive Care Incentive Program requirement and avoid a $50 monthly premium differential starting May 2027.
