Effective September 1, 2026, a nominal rate increase will be implemented to help us maintain the level of service, innovation, and support you expect. If you’ve been thinking of working with a Personal Trainer, now is a great time to begin! Contact nestor.ramos@activewellnesscenter.com to get started. Through August, you may purchase one Personal Training package at our current pricing before September 1, 2026. Any package purchased before the effective date will be honored at its original purchase price, and standard package expiration dates will continue to apply.

Hula dance fitness offers a fun, low-impact total-body workout. Set to island beats and upbeat tropical music, this class blends traditional Polynesian dance moves with a modern twist. No prior experience needed, all levels are welcome.

In this class you have the option to use a chair and remain seated or stand up and really challenge yourself. You can expect to improve your posture, breathing, strength, flexibility, and balance.

A Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience in which resonant tones from quartz singing bowls surround you to promote calm, meditation, and emotional balance. This 75-minute class is sure to reset your mind, soothe your soul and heal your heart.

Let your mind and body relax into the weekend with a calming practice of breath exercises and gentle stretches and postures, ending with a guided meditation to connect to your inner peace. Mats and bolsters will be available, but feel free to bring your own. All levels are welcome.

• Please arrive to class on time. If you are not present at the class start time, then you may forfeit your spot and it will be given to someone who is there and waiting. Once class capacity is reached, there will be no admittance to the class.
