Security Awareness Training

Dear Faculty and Staff,

CC is committed to creating and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe working and learning environment. In support of this effort, we seek to provide you with applicable knowledge and resources.

For 2025, you will be required to complete a training module on Security Awareness.

2025 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Training will be provided to you through the learning management system, KnowBe4. You will be invited to access the training module starting Thursday, Mar. 6, and you are required to complete these trainings within 60 days. New employees who are hired after this date will be provided with access to these trainings and required to complete them within 60 days.

We just completed a phishing fire drill this past week and the results showed that our campus employees are 10.1% prone to phishing scams (average in higher education is 4.9%). As a reminder, please review our Cyber Security Training and Awareness Policy, which outlines our guidelines and procedures for maintaining a secure digital environment.
