Conference -- UM Global Surgical Innovation Conference

The University of Michigan Global Surgery Student Alliance is hosting the Global Surgery National Conference on April 1st, 2023.

Conference attendees will learn from experts, hear about new research and global surgery innovations, experience the latest technology in the exhibit hall, network at the Friday Launch Party in the Big House, and support charities at the Black Tie Gala. The conference aims to bridge the gap between surgery, global health, economics, technology, and education.

If you want to present your research. Abstracts will be accepted through February 19th - more information is available here.

Open House -- UM Dental Open House

The Admissions Office of the School of Dentistry would like to announce our annual Open House on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10am - 1:30 pm. Please note, this will be an in-person event.

Please reference the attached flyer for an outline of our schedule and the registration link. Participants must register for the event (IT'S FREE!) and we have space for 200 visitors. Registrants will receive an email reminder before the event with further instructions (parking, where to enter the building, etc.). Open House information will also be posted on our website shortly.

This is a great opportunity for your pre-dental or pre-health students to visit our newly renovated school, learn more about admissions and what Michigan has to offer! We will also have several dental student organizations available on site after the tour to speak with visitors about opportunities to get involved while being a student at our school.
