Nicolò Grillo (N.GRIL) was born in Salerno but grew up in La Spezia and from childhood would spend his summers by the sea either on the Amalfi Coast (Salerno), or in Cinque Terre (La Spezia). His family moved to Forte Dei Marmi in 2005, which was when he began to discover the beauty of the Tuscan coast and fell in love with this different kind of Italian coastal lifestyle which provides not only beautiful beaches but also beach club life.

After studying Tourism at university, Nicolò started working at the Principe Forte Dei Marmi with a part time contract at the reception desk. He was afforded the opportunity to grow and work in different areas of the hotel including reservations, beach club manager, sales manager, front office manager and finally with his current role of hotel manager and DOSM. Nicolò's efforts are fully dedicated to making the Principe Forte Dei Marmi a reknowned hotel name that everyone recognizes.
