Volunteers needed for this year's celebration |
The Fellowship Committee is excited to host our annual Pentecost Celebration on Sunday, June 8, and would love your help to make it a joyful and smooth event!
We’re looking for volunteers to help with set-up and clean-up in the gym, including arranging tables, chairs, and games. As part of the celebration, we’ll be serving strawberries and cream along with a festive selection of “red” baked treats to mark the occasion.
If you’re able to lend a hand or bring a treat to share, please click here to sign up. Questions? Email Nancy Coleman.

| Join us for Playground, Pizza and Popsicles on Wednesday, June 11 |
This June, St. B's will be hosting Summer Family Fun Nights on June 11, 18 and 25 at 5:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to connect with other St. B’s families and children for fun, fellowship and food!
First up? Playground, Pizza & Popsicles! We’ll provide a free pizza dinner, sweet popsicles, and plenty of time for kids to run, climb, and laugh on the playground while parents relax and connect.
This casual, come-as-you-are evening is perfect for families with young children. No dinner prep, no stress—just good food, outdoor fun, and warm community.
Click here to let us know you’re coming (so we can plan plenty of pizza) or volunteer to help with the event. Contact Sarah with any questions.

| Meet Our Mission Partners from Kenya |
Join us after the service on June 8 for a special Meet & Greet with Paul and Grace Mbithi, leaders of New Life Restoration Ministry in Kibera, an informal settlement in Nairobi, Kenya. This vibrant ministry serves orphaned children through a church and school—rebuilt with support from St. B’s after a devastating fire. Come enjoy a cold drink on the patio and hear more about their incredible work.
There are also a couple spaces still available to participate in the upcoming mission trip to their campus in Nairobi, happening September 15–25, 2025. If you're interested in joining this trip to one of St. B’s longest-standing Mission and Outreach partners, please email Jay Siegrist.

As Summer Begins, a Prayer for Children
|
Eternal God, you sent us Jesus, hope of the world, who came to us first as a child in poverty, who fled the threat of violence as a refugee. Help us to follow him through as servant leaders to bring your love and justice to children; through Jesus Christ your Child who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen. |
