The open enrollment period (July 10 – 31) is the time for employees and retirees to review their benefits and consider any changes to make for the next plan year which goes into effect on Sept. 1.
All faculty, staff and retirees are invited to attend the Open Enrollment Benefits Fair, and other events throughout July, to learn more about the options available and feel prepared to make informed choices.

The Family Medical Leave Act is a federal law that provides eligible employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave per year for certain medical and family reasons. Employees can use paid leave accruals (sick leave or annual leave) to be paid while on FMLA leave.
Texas A&M maintains employee group health insurance coverage during the leave and guarantees the employee's job upon their return. To use FMLA, employees must have worked for least 1,250 hours within the past 12 months. Learn more about FMLA.

The Office for Student Success is seeking staff and faculty to serve as Hullabaloo U instructors for the fall 2023 semester. With the expected record incoming class, a few additional course sections are opening to ensure that every freshman can benefit from the Hullabaloo U experience.
