Spring is in the air! Let's get outside, sweat & smile! ~Amy
Join us for a Body Back Open House! Bring a yoga mat or towel and come ready to sweat! We’ll do a 45-min HIIT workout, then enjoy tasty recipes from the brand new 2017 Body Back recipe book! This is a great opportunity to try a class, see the nutrition guide and recipe books, learn about our upcoming 8-week session, ask questions, meet the instructors, chat with moms who have been through the program, and make some new friends!

FIT4MOM of the Month: Meet KC Morris
Hometown: Born in the Netherlands, but moved to the US when I was 5, so I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. 
Kids: Jackosn (8), Carson (6), Bryson (15 weeks)
Hobbies: Hmmm, well other than playing with my crazy kids I would say running, yoga, swimming, of course FIT4MOM, girls nights, vegan food, traveling, wine, reading, fostering dogs. Jason told me I should really say online shopping and collecting baby carriers! Ha!
Why I love FIT4MOM Chapel Hill: I love FIT4MOM for so many reasons. The workouts are challenging and give me the energy to keep up with the chaos of juggling work and 3 kids. I love that I can go to Body Back or Run Club for some much needed "me time" to clear my head and keep me sane. Having Fit4Baby while I was pregnant with Bryson was so much fun to stay strong and meet other moms going through the same things. Now that the baby is here, I can bring him to Stroller Strides to play with his friends while I get in a great workout and spend time with him. The best thing though is definitely Amy and all the other amazing mamas. I love this group of women. The give me confidence and push me further than I think I can go. They give me strength, both physically and mentally. Amy has created this wonderful village, and I never knew how much I needed it.
