| Physical activity levels more than doubled in Los Angeles County schools that received CATCH PE training this past year, with total minutes spent in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) jumping from a baseline of 28% of class time to 59% post-training.
One teacher stated post-implementation, "All of my CATCH PE activities have gone smoothly. Students enjoy that they can walk into the gym and get moving immediately."
Thanks to funding from Anthem Blue Cross Foundation, we were able to provide this training to 100 teachers from 9 different districts within L.A. County!

Use free sun safety lessons and activities from Ray and the Sunbeatables®: A Sun Safety Curriculum created and developed by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. To access sun safety activities for older ages, learn about Be Sunbeatable™, a sun safety program co-developed by MD Anderson and Scholastic for Grades 2-5.

This spring – as CATCH Global Foundation entered it's fifth official year – our team grew a little bigger! We’d like to officially welcome Devin Mathias, our new Chief Development Officer for the CATCH My Breath program, Shana Green, our new CATCH Implementation Manager, and John Ruggiero as National Accounts Manager for our partners at Flaghouse.
