DISCOVER MOTHER NATURE'S ENCHANTED
PLAYGROUND WITH ANNA KARIDES
Saturday April 18th to Saturday April 25th 2015

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature this winter. Discover the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica's most vibrant rainforest. You will be in what National Geographic Magazine describes as "the most biologically intense place on earth". Practice yoga on a majestic platform overlooking the lush rainforest canopy and warm Pacific Ocean. Enjoy tropical cabanas, delicious organic foods and push your limits on our daily-guided hikes and activities that will introduce you to the beauty of this enchanting destination.

Anna Karides hosts this exciting adventure yoga retreat in partnership with Rainforest Reef Escape, a boutique adventure company that promotes green and sustainable travel. We have put together the perfect yoga escape that features tons of great activities and optional tours that will introduce you to the lushness and beauty of Costa Rica's most prolific rainforest.

AN ACTIVE YET RELAXING ESCAPE

Your adventure starts in San José where you will spend your first night at the lovely Casa Roland Boutique Hotel. The next morning, take a scenic domestic flight with Nature Air to the Osa Peninsula. It is here, in the most majestic part of the country, that your exciting yoga eco-retreat begins.

Follow daily flow and acro yoga sessions with Anna on a gorgeous ocean view platform fully immersed within the jungle landscape. Everyday after breakfast, we offer you a variety of hikes and activities that will introduce you to the beauty and diversity of the rainforest. Afternoons are left open for you to lounge around or continue exploring on your own. Finish the day with a restorative sunset yoga practice to align body, mind and soul.

You can also choose from a variety of exciting optional tours such as kayaking on the nearby lagoon, horseback ridding, waterfall rappelling, zip lining through the jungle canopy, and our favorite, a boat tour on the Golfo Dulce to spot wild dolphins
YOUR ACCOMMODATION & FOOD

At the foot of the majestic Corcovado National Park is Finca Exotica, a stunning oceanfront ecolodge nestled between the warm Pacific Ocean and lush primary rainforest. You will be staying in beautiful tropical cabanas and tiki tents spread across exotic gardens, some overlooking the ocean. Everyday you will be visited by groups of monkeys, scarlet macaws and many other exotic animals in their natural habitat.

The food is prepared with the finest organic ingredients inspired by Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean, and Indian influences. Enjoy freshly picked ingredients from the garden and a blend of intense flavours that will enlighten your view on food and amaze your palate.
