Your annual review is a dedicated opportunity to reflect on the impact of your work in 2025. Appreciation is how we make people feel seen for the work they contribute every day. When recognition is specific and timely, it strengthens trust, reinforces what matters most, and supports a culture of respect across the university. Recognition is meaningful when it names the contribution and its effect, whether that effect was progress on a project or the steady support that kept work moving smoothly.

| Calibration is a component of the performance management process and building a shared understanding of rating definitions for the performance evaluation. You will identify behaviors and outcomes that align with each rating level and engage in discussions using performance examples.

Since 2023, this yellow lab has been a devoted partner to our campus community. As the riddle hinted, her role relies on an inherited drive to serve. While she is celebrated for finding 'good company' among the Bobcats, she plays an equally vital role when the crowds aren't looking.

K9 Marcy approaches her specialized explosives detection work with tireless dedication. Her focus allows our officers to work with confidence and our community to focus on the day ahead, matching her specialized skills with an approachable nature that makes her a campus favorite.
