'22-'23 Re-Enrollment ContractsOnline re-enrollment contracts for current students for the 2022-23 school year will be EMAILED to families on Monday, January 31, and are due back by Thursday, February 10, at NOON. Thereafter, enrollment offers will be made to new students.
Please mark your calendars. Similar to last year, re-enrollment will take place digitally through PowerSchool. Details to follow!
A separate email letter was sent on January 24 outlining tuition information for the coming school year.

Join us on Friday, April 1, at 7 p.m. at the Bon Secours Training Center for our Annual Auction to benefit the School's programs, students, and initiatives! It's going to be a fun and festive night!
Parent donations are CRITICAL to the success of the auction. Can we count on your help?

Q2 Report CardsJanuary 19 was the end of the second quarter. As in the past, there will be no winter teacher conferences. If you have questions or concerns about your child's progress, please reach out directly to the teacher to schedule a virtual time to connect.

Middle Schoolers: Join us for the Middle School Palentine Dance on Friday, February 4, from 7-9 p.m.
- Cost: $10 at the door
- Dress: Informal, yet school appropriate. Red, white, and pink suggested!

- Drop-Off/Pick-Up: From the green loop/front of Middle School

Spring After-School Sports & Enrichment
Middle School Sports for grades 6-8 AND Spring After-School Enrichment Registration for K-5 students will take place from February 1-14! See forthcoming separate email.
The following Middle School spring sports will be offered:
- Boys' & Girls' Lacrosse, Golf, Track, and Mountain Biking
- We are exploring bringing back the Baseball club pending field space/availability.
For the Lower School, this season we are featuring exciting options such as Nature Exploring with Adventure Walkers, Chess & Board Game Strategy, Fishing, Graphic Design, Lacrosse, Cheerleading, Art classes, and a new Financial Literacy program brought to us by Virginia Credit Union!

Parent Volunteers Needed: Join Us at the Volunteer Fair, 2/16
The best way for our families to immerse themselves in the St M community is to volunteer and participate. We have several keystone events coming up that we need your help with, including our 31st Annual Auction on April 1 and everyone’s favorite, Magic Dragon Day (our annual spring festival) on May 7.

If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form linked below. The link is also on the School website.
Upon receipt of this information, Nurse Maben, St M's school nurse, will contact the family. The confidentiality of the diagnosed student or teacher will be maintained. Please keep your child(ren) AT HOME until contacted by Nurse Maben.
