Having a lot of educational employers in the ASRS means that, come August, many of our employers are helping new ASRS members get settled in. Getting new employees properly enrolled in their ASRS accounts is essential. Here's a look at some common problems that can pop up during the process.

New Contribution Rate Reminder

The ASRS Fiscal Year is from July 1 to June 30 of the following calendar year. This means that each July 1 brings a potential adjustment to the contribution rate.

Here's a link to this year's May announcement of FY 22-23 contribution rates, in case you missed it.

Savings Plans for your Employees

As of July 1, 2022, your employees may have new savings plans available to them through the ASRS and Nationwide Retirement Solutions. To begin offering these plans to your staff, just enroll your agency or school with Nationwide Retirement Solutions.
