Dr Eugeni Roura from UQ; and the 3rd and final article on the outcomes of the Poultry Think Tank meeting held with a range of industry stakeholders last year.
We'd also like to take this oppurtunity to issue a final reminder that the
Australian Poultry Science Symposium: APSS 2024 will be held next week in Sydney (19th-21st Feb). We have surpassed 300 registrations for the very first time, and there will be just shy of 100 scientific papers presented over the 3 day event.
Registrations are still
OPEN, so if you are in Sydney next week, this is definitely an event you don't want to miss.
In
Part 1 and
Part 2, I touched on two of the three key challenges: people and collaboration. In this issue, I will discuss the No. 3 Challenge, i.e., communication. The Think Tank Meeting held last year in Sydney, came to a clear conclusion that communication in the poultry industry in Australia is insufficient on multiple levels.
