Condair is actively managing the supplier shortage issue to ensure minimal disruption to our production and delivery schedules. To uphold our commitment to delivering LiveSteam products within our standard lead times, we are transitioning to Belimo for Bronze valves & all Actuators imminently.
|
This change will result in an increase in list prices to reflect the higher costs associated with Belimo components. There will be no changes to stainless steel valve offerings, as alternatives are unavailable in the market. Lead times for stainless steel valves will remain at up to 16 weeks.

BRONZE VALVE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
|
As we deplete our inventory of Schneider bronze valves and actuators, orders will begin transitioning to Belimo products. Sales orders will reflect the updated pricing for Belimo components. This transition is expected to be completed by the end of March 2025.
Until all Schneider inventory is depleted, customers should refer to the below price list for Belimo valves and actuators. Updated part numbers and pricing will be reflected in the Help software once the transition is complete.

CHANGES IN VALVE OFFERING
|
Switching to Belimo components will result in the elimination of certain valve Cv sizes (e.g., 0.10, 0.22, 0.75, 2.9, 12). These sizes will be replaced by the next available size (color coded), as detailed in Table -1 below.

This change does not require adjustments to system applications. The upsized valves will maintain the performance standards of LiveSteam systems.
The Belimo valves list prices are listed in Table – 2 below.

SCHNEIDER STAINLESS STEEL VALVE LIST PRICE
|
The recent updates to the portfolio, along with changes in the cost of stainless steel valves, have impacted the pricing of these valves. The new pricing will be effective starting February 1, 2025. For the updated pricing details, please refer to Table 3 below.

ACTUATOR CROSS REFERNCE, CHANGES AND LIST PRICES

To streamline the portfolio, Condair will only offer modulating 0-10VDC actuators, which are compatible with all valve types. See Tables 4, 5 and 6 for valve & actuator combinations and updated pricing.

- Valve Orientation:
Belimo valves: Stem-down in the closed position.
Schneider and Warren Controls valves: Stem-up in the closed position. - Linkage Kits:
Each valve type (Belimo, Schneider, and Warren Controls) requires a unique linkage kit. It is crucial to select the correct actuator with linkage kit when ordering spare parts or placing manual orders for these valves and/or actuators as mentioned in Table-4. - Software Updates:
The Help software will be updated to reflect these configurations once the Schneider Bronze valves and actuators are fully depleted.
- Interim Responsibility:
Until this transition is complete, customers must ensure they are selecting the correct components for their applications for the spare parts order or manual order entry.

With these changes, the lead time will be as follows:
|
- LS Components (Tube, Accessories etc.) – 3 weeks
- LS Bronze Valves – 3 weeks
- LS Actuators – 3 weeks

LS Stainless Steel Valves – Up to 16 weeks (Depending on the stock level at the time of shipping)
