7th & 8th grade students in Jennifer Barfield's "Upstander" elective class visit the Joy & Justice Library. Together, they'll spend the first trimester engaging in meaningful discussions and activities that explore diverse perspectives, foster inclusivity, and empower them to be advocates for social justice both here on campus and in their wider communities.

For those of us who were considered young adults during that time, we remember an ease of travel, accessible housing, limitless career opportunities, and boundless fun. The millennium was at the epicenter of our worlds.

For the safety of all our students, please remember to drive slowly and cautiously while on campus. Speeding in and out of the gates puts our children at risk. Thank you for your care and cooperation!

Gate Schedule & Visitor Check Ins
|
A friendly reminder that morning drop-off runs from 7:30-8:00AM. Please note that both the Camellia Lane and Peiffer Avenue gates will close promptly at 8:15AM and will not reopen until 2:40PM for afternoon pick-up, except for Preschool half-day pick-up at Camellia Lane. If you arrive outside of these hours, kindly park outside the Camellia gate and check in with Susan at the Preschool building. These protocols are in place to protect our students and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.

It's only been 1 week since the new school year began and so many FSW community members have already generously donated to the Annual Fund. Thank you to Kenneth Bradshaw, Marti Griffin, Carlos Kase Sr., Tony McCudden, Ally Tracy, Fancy That Gift & Decor, and North Carolina Yearly Meeting of Friends for your support!
