From the Ranch House

Young Artists at the Ranch House
The Ranch House is currently featuring the artwork of twelve talented young artists. We have been highlighting a few of these artists in the RVR newsletter each week. This week we are featuring Elsa and Oliver Skaken (pictured above.)
We invite you to visit the Ranch House between now and the end of March to view their creative and beautiful artwork. Please check back next week as we highlight more of these gifted young artists.

Board Clarifies Language on Vehicle Parking at RVR
At its monthly meeting, the Board approved language clarifying what vehicles are and are not allowed at RVR. The Board unanimously adopted an Addendum to the existing Vehicle Parking, Storage, Operation and Repair portion of our Master Declaration. The Addendum provides definition to types of vehicles such as motor homes, recreational vehicles, industrial and commercial vehicles. Click here to view the Vehicle Parking and Storage language; and click here to view the Addendum, which provides clarity and definition to the types of permitted and non-permitted vehicles.

The Board’s action is an important step in its efforts to enforce provisions of our Master Declaration. Over the next few months, we will raise awareness about these vehicles in our weekly newsletter. If you have a vehicle that may be affected by the Vehicle Parking, Storage, Operation and Repair language, please contact General Manager Sterling Page to confirm whether the vehicle is or is not allowed at RVR. There will be a “grace period” between now and spring for owners of the non-permitted vehicles to make sure they’re able to comply with our governing documents. Beginning mid-April, homeowners whose vehicles are not in compliance will be given warnings, and starting May 1, they will be issued Notices of Violation and Fines.
