As fall produce season settles in, the markets are starting to burst with a rainbow of root vegetables—including some show-stopping radishes! 
You’ll find all kinds of radish varieties at the market this time of year: French breakfast radishes, watermelon radishes, and even the unique golden radishes from Luminaria Acres. Each variety brings its own color and flavor to the table, and their natural peppery bite brightens meals like salads, grain bowls, and sandwiches. If you’ve never tried roasting them (greens and all), it’s a delicious way to bring out their softer, sweeter side.
As you stroll the market this fall, grab a mix of radishes to play around with in the kitchen. You may just find a new seasonal favorite!
