The Know How, Know Now Challenge Is Live: Complete Your UT Wellness Trainings

As President Boyd shared last week, the UT Wellness: Know How, Know Now Challenge is designed to help faculty and staff build practical, life-saving skills that strengthen our UT community. I’m excited to announce the challenge is now officially underway!

Starting today, on International Overdose Awareness Day and right before Suicide Prevention Month (September), employees across the UT System can complete three self-paced trainings to help us recognize warning signs, respond with confidence and connect others with support when they need it most.

The three trainings include:

Visit the Know How, Know Now Challenge page to access the trainings, view live campus and institute standings, and learn more about the challenge.

Employees who complete all three trainings during the challenge will earn a digital certificate and qualify for a systemwide prize drawing. Campuses and institutes will also compete for the highest participation rate and special recognition.

While the challenge runs through World Mental Health Day on Oct. 10, the trainings will remain available through K@TE so employees can continue building these important skills at any time.
