Hi Sisters,
Last month we shared the exciting news about some technology enhancements coming this summer that will help the Fraternity be more efficient, streamline processes, and provide an overall more positive member experience. To view that email, click here. Today, we are sharing another update that will affect your chapter website. Beginning on June 1, all OmegaOne chapter websites will no longer be accessible and will be down for maintenance until mid-July. From now until May 31, we encourage you to save any copy, photos, or graphics that are currently on your OmegaOne website onto a separate document (Word, Google Doc, etc). Please be sure to save your information in a location you will be able to access over the summer when it is time to populate your chapter’s new website.
Once the new chapter websites are ready to be populated, we will send an update via email. Please look for this information in early July. The new websites will have the same menu items, and chapters can add custom pages, photos and text – just like the current OmegaOne websites.
Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have any additional questions, please email us at fhq@alphaxidelta.org. Our hope is that this process is as seamless as possible, and we are here to assist you through this transition.
Thank you,
Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity Headquarters

CHAPTER WEBSITES FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE THE WEBSITES IN OMEGAONE GOING AWAY?
After June 1, OmegaOne websites will no longer be available. When someone visits your chapter website, a message will appear on the screen that the site is down for maintenance. Starting in July after National Convention (exact date to be determined), chapters will be able to set up their new websites.
WHY ARE WE RECEIVING NEW WEBSITES?
Alpha Xi Delta has ended its partnership with OmegaFi, the company that provided the OmegaOne websites. Alpha Xi Delta now partners with re:Members to provide a member portal and database management system designed to enhance your Alpha Xi Delta experience. It will launch this summer. This integrates all of Alpha Xi Delta’s tools and member resources into one intuitive, digital platform—replacing solutions like Exclusively Xi, Vault, and some online reporting forms hosted via Wufoo.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE NEED TO GET FROM OUR OMEGAONE WEBSITE PRIOR TO THE TRANSITION TO THE NEW WEBSITE?
Prior to June 1, chapter leaders should save any copy, photos or graphics from their OmegaOne site—whether you plan to include the content on your new site or simply don't want to lose the information. This is a great time to make sure you have updated officer information, local philanthropy and service opportunities, and any chapter-specific information saved and ready to go when the new websites launch.
WILL WE BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE OUR CHAPTER WEBSITE?
The new system provides a simpler, easy-to-use site builder. Similar to OmegaOne websites, each website can be customized with copy and photos specific to your chapter.  Some content will be provided by the National Fraternity and cannot be edited. Examples of this content would be our national history, symbols, and information about the Kindly Hearts Initiative on a national level.
WILL CHAPTER WEBSITES HAVE THE SAME URL?
Yes, the URL for chapter websites will not change.
HOW WILL WE KNOW WHEN CHAPTER WEBSITES WILL BE READY TO UPDATE?
We will send communication via email to members. Volunteers and Fraternity staff will follow up individually with chapters if websites are not updated within the first few months after the launch. We recognize many chapters will be preparing for fall recruitment during this time, and our chapter websites are a main marketing tool. We encourage you to continue to use your chapter’s social media platforms to share information that Potential New Members and their families may be interested in knowing about your chapter prior to recruitment.
