The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) offers two designation opportunities for Lenders and Realtors® who are experienced with IFA homeownership programs. These designations provide valuable marketing advantages and help professionals stand out to potential Iowa homebuyers.

Ambassador and Preferred Partners

The Preferred designation is the highest level, reserved for the most experienced and skilled loan officers and Realtors®. It offers exclusive marketing opportunities that distinguish recipients as top-tier partners.

The Ambassador designation is a valuable recognition as well, but at a lower tier, and is designed for those who are still building their experience with IFA programs.
