Your exciting yoga retreat will take you to the south of the country to the stunning Osa Peninsula, described by National Geographic magazine as THE MOST BIOLOGICALLY INTENSIVE PLACE ON EARTH. Enjoy hikes under the vibrant rainforest canopy, take a fun boat ride on the Golfo Dulce to interact with wild dolphins and explore this magical landscape surrounded by abundant wildlife and lush tropical vegetation. Practice on a stunning yoga platform overlooking the ocean and lush tropical canopy, while listening to the sound of howler monkeys in the distance. Now, how can you beat that? 
YOUR STAY + FOOD
Soar towards the south of Costa Rica following the Pacific coastline all the way to the Osa Peninsula. At the foot of the majestic Corcovado National Park is Carate, an enchanting beachfront community perfectly nestled between the warm Pacific Ocean and the dense tropical forest. Find yourself in a naturally created corridor where the density of animals is greater than anywhere else in the country. Your journey will take you to Luna Lodge, a beautiful rainforest ecolodge with impressive views of the ocean in the distance and lush primary rainforest all around. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the distance and exotic birds showing off their bright colours while flying overhead. Everywhere you’ll look, you’ll see abundant wildlife and incredible scenery. 
Your delicious and healthy meals will feature exotic fruits, freshly picked vegetables and inspiring dishes incorporating a wide selection of locally sourced fresh organic ingredients. This culinary experience will nourish, satisfy and make your Costa Rican escape as perfect as nature intended.
