- Jason Moeller will be promoted to senior director for University Support Services (USS). He will report to Hess and join the UIT Leadership team.
- Gary Carter, Barb Iannucci, Doug Kenner, Dan Thornley, Suzanne Wayment, and Kristi Vandenham will report to Moeller.
- Kenner will be promoted to director for USS Engineering.
- Cassandra Van Buren, director for Strategic Communication and UIT Leadership team member, will report to Hess.
- John Penrose, director for the Project Management Office, will report to Hess.

Jeff Shuckra, associate director for Strategic Planning and Process, will report to Hess.
- Clay Postma, director for Partner Relations, will dual report to Hess and Chief Information Security Officer Jake Johansen.
- Brandon Gresham will move from managing the UIT CRM team to managing the HR/Auxiliary Engineering team and handling HR product management. The UIT CRM team will report directly to Iannucci.
