All law school staff are encouraged to attend the session and may submit questions in advance. Pizza will be served.

The inauguration of Thomas Poon, Ph.D., LMU’s 17th president, will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 9. Information about the event and related celebrations are available on the inauguration website. Members of the LLS community who RSVP’d to attend the Inauguration will receive a form to register for shuttle service from LLS to Westchester.

Hon. John C. Weller '05, L.A. Superior Court, and Hon. Sandra R. Klein '92, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, will deliver the state and federal oaths to alumni who passed the July 2025 California Bar Exam during the Swearing-In Ceremony to be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, on the basketball court.

The LMU Loyola Law School campus will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday. On official school holidays, there is no regular campus access nor LLS Shuttle service; there is limited security staffing and no other services, such as Sonia's. The William M. Rains Library is also closed on official school holidays.
