Leadership Development Program Applications for 2026 Are Open! |
|
|
Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® is now accepting applications for the 2026 Leadership Development Program (LDP), an initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of real estate leaders. This immersive experience provides REALTOR® members with the tools, training, and confidence to take on influential roles within the industry and their community.
Throughout June and July, participants will engage in specialized in-person workshops at the Association office in Malvern, led by industry experts. The curriculum covers essential leadership skills, including strategies for overcoming workplace challenges, the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership, the impact of diversity and inclusion, mastering negotiation techniques in today’s evolving market, and developing dynamic public speaking skills. Exact dates for each session in the curriculum can be found on the application.
Upon completing all five sessions, participants will present to Association leadership and past LDP graduates, showcasing their growth and insights.
Graduates will be honored at the Annual Membership Meeting, held in October, where they will receive awards and a certificate to the Association of REALTORS® School to further support their professional development & education.
Applications are open through April 30, 2026. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through the deadline. Click here to learn more and apply.
Throughout April, we will highlight insights from recent graduates like Curt Easton, an Affiliate Member and graduate of the 2025 LDP class.
Our YouTube series, Leadership Development Program features both instructors and alumni as they share their perspectives, experiences, and key takeaways from the program.
All members are encouraged to apply.

Pennsylvania Real Estate License Renewal Now Open on PALS |
The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission has initiated the license renewal process through the online Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS). All licensees received a renewal notice email from the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission reminding licensees of the May 31, 2026, deadline. As a reminder, agents cannot renew their license until their broker has renewed their license.
There is no grace period for renewals. If real estate license renewal is not complete by May 31, 2026, the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission considers the license expired, and licensees must cease practice immediately or be subject to possible discipline. Licensees should be maintaining a record of their completed continuing education transcripts to provide to the State Real Estate Commission if requested.
Neither Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® nor the Association of REALTORS® School maintains logins or registration codes needed to access their PALS account. Click here to access PAL's Log-In Assistance Page if you need help retrieving your credentials.
The Department of State has consolidated phone access for all licensing boards into a single Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (BPOA) call center at 1-833-DOS-BPOA
(1-833-367-2762), which is available from Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Licensees may also email the State at ra-realestate@pa.gov.
