Wednesday, Mar. 17 from 5 p.m. - 8p.m.
Let's celebrate and shamROCK out on St. Paddy's Day!
Musical talents from the Bo Hale Band will be entertaining us poolside at the Ranch House and Slow Groovin BBQ truck will be in the parking lot making tasty corned beef cabbage sandwiches and chips (meal tickets will be distributed to guests upon check-in). We will have gas fire pits and heaters placed around the pool deck for this outdoor event. Festive attire is encouraged!
We would also like to urge new RVR residents to attend this popular event. It's an excellent way to meet many of your new neighbors, mix, mingle and familiarize yourself with the RVR community!

Reminders & Highlights

Board Clarifies Language on Vehicle Parking at RVR
At its monthly meeting, the Board approved language clarifying what vehicles are and are not allowed at RVR. The Board unanimously adopted an Addendum to the existing Vehicle Parking, Storage, Operation and Repair portion of our Master Declaration. The Addendum provides definition to types of vehicles such as motor homes, recreational vehicles, industrial and commercial vehicles. Click here to view the Vehicle Parking and Storage language; and click here to view the Addendum, which provides clarity and definition to the types of permitted and non-permitted vehicles.

The Board’s action is an important step in its efforts to enforce provisions of our Master Declaration. Over the next few months, we will raise awareness about these vehicles in our weekly newsletter. If you have a vehicle that may be affected by the Vehicle Parking, Storage, Operation and Repair language, please contact General Manager Sterling Page to confirm whether the vehicle is or is not allowed at RVR. There will be a “grace period” between now and spring for owners of the non-permitted vehicles to make sure they’re able to comply with our governing documents. Beginning mid-April, homeowners whose vehicles are not in compliance will be given warnings, and starting May 1, they will be issued Notices of Violation and Fines.

Event Surveys

We are now sending out surveys following each Ranch House function. We want your feedback and recommendations with the goal to bring you more of what you want see at our events. Keep a look out for these questionnaires and please participate!
