Sales ENDED last night = 1874 tickets, not quite our goal of 2000.

Supplies - Wed 9:00-3:00, Wine Road office, 1437 Grove Street, Healdsburg

Pick-Up: glasses, wristbands, event maps, DD cutting boards, staff instructions for the weekend, reimbursement form.

We are reimbursing up to $1000 for food costs, with receipts - please submit by Nov. 27th.

Holiday Gift Guide

We are getting ready to create our Holiday Gift Guide, which will go out to our 50,000 subscribers on Nov. 28.

We need a photo of 1 gift box or holiday looking gift set - must be a SQUARE format photo.

We need a description (Max 10 words), and a link to your website to buy it. 

Please submit by Nov. 10th.

Winter WINEland

We have 57 wineries participating.

Program will be online next week.

We will offer "early bird" pricing from Nov. 9-30, of $85 per weekend ticket, then it goes to $95 (same as last year).

We will also offer a VIP ticket at $200, limited to 20 people. Details will be online.

Debbie will send out a took kit next week.

Reimbursement up to $250 for food, entertainment or decor (with receipts).

If you have a special event planned for Friday night, we will post it on the event page and share on social for $50.

On October 18th we hit the road to Google SF (for the 3rd time), with three of our winery members, to share wines with team Google. We are now scheduled to do this tasting every other month through 2024.  Thanks to team Landmark, Martix and Mazzocco - it was fun!

Get your whole team certified as Wine Road Ambassadors.

Host a staff meeting and we will send you  enough study guides and the printed quiz, so everyone can easily be certified together. Team work!

We'd love to see another 100 Ambassadors before the end of the year.

Save The Date - Dec. 14 - Membership Holiday Social

We'd love to see all of you AND we want to make it fun (and a bit informative).

Invitation to follow, but we will be meeting at Francis Ford Coppola, for a brief Wine Road meeting, followed by a casual happy hour.  Dec. 14th, 5:00-6:30pm

We will have Board members on hand at different tables, talking about various Wine Road programs. Stop by and learn about programs you may not be aware of, and connect with other members.  Get your "program passport" stamped to be entered into a raffle.

We hosted a fantastic sales seminar last week, with Liz Mercer from WISE. 

This was a repeat presentation from our class in September. 

We have now had 90 Wine Road members attend this training.

I hope everyone shares the workbook with their whole staff and incorporates what they learned into their day to day operation.

We plan to schedule two more sessions after the first of the year. The next step in your sales journey.

These are a great benefit for our members.

Winter Wine Trail..

We will actually call it something else, so there is no confusion with Winter Wineland.
