In 2025, TOPkit continued to strengthen its role as a leading professional development resource for higher education faculty support professionals. This year’s efforts focused on expanding high-quality content, increasing global reach, and deepening engagement across our community of practice. Through strategic programming, curated resources, and multi-modal outreach, TOPkit advanced its mission of empowering institutions to plan, develop, and evaluate effective faculty development programs for digital teaching and learning. A note of appreciation to all who offered feedback in the change-management survey, Advisory Board meetings, and anecdotal conversations across the TOPkit community. These perspectives are informing our next steps and ensuring TOPkit remains relevant, responsive, and practitioner-centered.

Our global footprint continued expanding: TOPkit resources were accessed by users in 59 countries, with the highest activity from the United States, China, Singapore, India, and Germany.

TOPkit sustained its reputation for timely, relevant, and actionable content through two flagship publication series. Collaboration with authors across the country lead to shared expertise on faculty development topics.

Although TOPkit is funded and focused in Florida, its impact extends far beyond the state. Educators worldwide benefit from TOPkit resources. In 2025, TOPkit reached 59 countries—here are the top 10 by number of active users.
