Hurray for Magic Dragon Day!
On Saturday, the campus was filled with so much sunshine, energy, and laughter! From the Maypole Dance, tug-of-war, and field games to Dragon cakes, carnival games, and the St M Rock Band, there was fun for everyone at this annual St M event. This year, Team WHITE was victorious, and we congratulate them as winners of this good-natured yearly competition.
St. Michael's would like to extend our tremendous appreciation and thanks to the 2025 MDD chairs, Chas Bredbenner, Tiffany DeBorde, and their fabulous team of volunteers for making Magic Dragon Day such a special event. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

| Monday: Designated School Day
As previously communicated, Monday, May 5, is NOW A DESIGNATED SCHOOL DAY. Extended Day is open.
- In the Lower School, this will be a "B" Day.
- Middle School students will follow a special, academically focused schedule. While MS enrichment classes will not be held on Monday, students will still have study hall, break, lunch, and recess built into their day. Daily schedules will be shared with students during morning advisory on May 5.

Middle School SCA End-of-Year Banquet & Semi-Formal Dance!

Time to Find Library Books!
Summer break is right around the corner, which means it's time to start looking for those missing and overdue library books. Mrs. Bryan-Diehl and Mrs. Carpenter are asking all St M students and families to put on their sleuthing hats, pull out their flashlights, lift up the couch cushions, and help find some books!
If a book is truly lost, as some will be, there is no expectation for families to replace or repay the cost of the book. Losing books is a part of library life. But we're hopeful that most of the missing titles can be found and returned so that we can keep our wonderful St. Michael’s libraries fully stocked and ready for reading!
Book Return Due Dates:
- Lower School books must be returned by Monday, May 19
- Middle School books must be returned by Friday, May 9 (to accommodate the library renovation preparation)

For the health and safety of all of our students, faculty, and staff, thank you for informing St. Michael’s if your child is ill and/or has a suspected contagious illness.
Upon receipt of this information, Nurse Maben, St M's school nurse, will contact the family. Please keep your child(ren) AT HOME until contacted by Nurse Maben.
