Executive Sponsor and HR Partner Deadlines | Dec. 11 and Dec. 13

Executive sponsors need to finalize their crosswalks by Wednesday, Dec 11. I’ve set meetings to assist each of them this week and sent them a reminder earlier today.

Please submit missing employees, incorrect employee information, and other urgent concerns here and finalize your employee lists in Smartsheet by Friday, Dec. 13.

The GTHR Job Classification team plans to review and audit all roles between Dec. 13 and 17; however, this cannot begin until your submissions are final.

Transactions Guidance
To minimize confusion, we have developed a Wave 1 Transactions Guide for any transactions that affect Wave 1 employees’ hiring, titles and/or salaries.

Note: HRAP-ASI and Reclassification transactions will be deprioritized between Dec. 16 and Jan. 31, 2025. Details are included in the guide.
- The transaction guidance only applies to Wave 1 employees. All other employee transactions may continue.

Transaction training will be held this Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 3:30 to 4 p.m. The meeting invitation was sent last week by Kellye Terrell.
