The Commencement ceremony will last approximately 90-120 min. Current planning includes open seating and no 'number of guests' restrictions. Tickets are not required for any ceremony during the weekend.
Also note, that this will be be the last weekly InternationaList newsletter until fall semester begins. Throughout the summer ISSS still encourages you to regularly check your MiamiOH.edu email address and, as always, send your questions to international@MiamiOH.edu.
Continuing students should arrange housing for Fall 2023 or, if needed, apply for summer housing in the residence halls. Please note only students taking classes on the Oxford campus will be eligible for on-campus summer housing on a space-available basis.
On-campus students: reminder that residences halls close at 7pm, TODAY, May 12. Please review the move-out procedures and be sure to complete the plans for departure form as well. If needed, you can also store your bike during the summer.
Off-campus students: check your lease for move-out procedures. The City of Oxford’s move out page contains information about utilities, recycling, and extra dumpsters during move out week.
Keep your unwanted items out of the landfill during move out! Donate usable household goods and furniture to ShareFest during the week of May 11-16. The ShareFest site has a list of accepted items.
On-campus students: find your ShareFest donation location in your building.
Off-campus students: bring your donations to the ShareFest location at Chestnut Fields parking lot.
