IUP graduates who work in the visual design field and students who aspire to recently came together to share knowledge and make connections at the first-ever Slenkfest, named for the university’s first graphic design professor, Robert Slenker. See highlights from the event in this video.

“Chalk-on-the-Walk,” the annual sidewalk commentary contest, happens today in the Oak Grove. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m., and judging of the entries for cash prizes begins at 4:00 p.m. Students and student groups are encouraged to come out and express their social and political views in chalk. Participation is free; chalk is provided.
