One Week Until Tennessee Election Forum at UTHSC

The UT System has partnered with the USA TODAY Network Tennessee to host six forums across the state for the 2022 election. A forum at UTHSC is set for June 16, from 7–8:30 pm CDT, in the Schreier Auditorium of the Student-Alumni Center. Gubernatorial candidates and congressional candidates for District 9 have been invited to participate. Admission is free, but tickets are required, and space is limited.

Diversity and Inclusion Defined at UTHSC

During the Fall of 2021, the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council (DIAC) at UTHSC worked to establish campus-wide definitions for inclusion and diversity for the university. The council, chaired by Michael Alston, EdD, associate vice chancellor in the Office of Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity, reports to the chancellor. The definitions identified by the council were approved by the chancellor in the Spring of 2022.

Online Appointment Scheduling Available at UHS!

Schedule an appointment online with University Health Services (UHS). University Health Services provides exceptional and convenient care for all UTHSC students, employees, and their dependents, ages 18 and older. UHS is located on the UTHSC campus in Memphis, 910 Madison Building, 9th floor. In-person and virtual visits are available for primary, behavioral, urgent, and occupational care. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm: Wednesday: 8:00 am 1:00 pm: closed daily for lunch: 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
Schedule online via the Patient Portal or call 901.448.5630. Walk-ins are also welcome.
