UTHSC has brought a new child-care center, the Academy of Future Leaders, to the Memphis Medical District. The center opened July 18 at 1026 Madison Ave. and serves the UTHSC campus community and the Memphis Medical District. UTHSC COVID-19 Reporting Procedure

With the continued and steady number of COVID-19 cases over the past two years, UTHSC reminds employees that they are responsible for reporting positive cases and close contact exposure. All units and supervisors must direct employees to complete the COVID-19 Reporting Form and follow the appropriate CDC instructions for isolation or quarantine.

New Beneficiary Designation Tool

A new beneficiary designation function has been added to IRIS Employee Self-Service for all regular employees, eliminating the need to have a paper form completed, witnessed, and notarized. Find the beneficiary electronic form on the IRIS web portal.
