Wow, what a season! Thank you all for your perseverance, professionalism, and dedication as we closed out a year unlike any other. You consistently kept safety at the forefront, navigating ever‑changing conditions with care, adaptability, and teamwork.

As we reflect on the season, we cannot thank you enough for the outstanding guest experiences you provided day in and day out. Despite an unseasonably low snowpack and warm temperatures, our guests left happy, and that speaks directly to your commitment, positivity, and passion for what you do.

Please take this time to rest, recharge, and rejuvenate before heading into your summer adventures. You’ve earned it. Thank you for everything you bring to the school and to one another.

→ Log into EpicEmployee

→  look for "My Tasks" in EpicEmployee to complete your preboarding activities.  Additionally, you can view your complete onboarding journey by clicking on "My Requests". 

→  Complete Background Check or Law Violation Question LVQ (via VCI) 

→  Update Personal Info (name, email, etc.) 

→  Submit Housing Application (if eligible)

→  Complete Legion Availability

→  Complete Voluntary Identifications: Equal Employment Opportunity Form

Change can be difficult and the transition between seasons brings different challenges for each of us. There are empowering actions we can implement daily to support ourselves during transition while also setting ourselves up for success in the future.  Like most things in life, there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to self-care.  

Through our Epic Wellness Program, free confidential counseling and access to other professional resources will remain available.  Employees active during our "summer season" between the months of April and September, as well as their dependents and household members have access to another six no cost and confidential mental health sessions.  This includes utilizing coaching resources, chat/text support and virtual therapy.
