UTA policy updates

Notification of results to a grievance was changed from 10 to 15 working days. (AA-FPT-PO-01 Promotion and Tenure Policy)

The duties for “Cost Object Approver” in Paragraph IV. A. 6. were updated to ensure all charges are business related, UTA policies are followed, and the appropriate funding source is applied. In addition, all funding source and payments to a cost center must be approved in a timely manner by the approver, and in accordance with UTA policies. The sections on “Warrant Hold Verification” and “Purchase of Food and/or Refreshments,” including food for catering, reflect current practices. Disallowed Purchases now include Class 3B and 4 lasers, and references to the new Concur system were added throughout the procedure. (BF-PGC-PR-12 Purchasing (ProCard) Program Procedure)
