Tuesday, April 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Elkin Hall Great Room
This is a progress update about the Indiana Campus Long-Range Facilities Master Plan. If you can’t make this session, you are also welcome to attend sessions that day at 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in the Sutton Hall Blue Room or 5:00 p.m. in the PNC Room in the Kovalchick Complex.
Wednesday, April 3, at 11:30 p.m. in Kopchick Hall’s Cejka Planetarium
Provost Luetkehans will share a progress update about the Academic Restructuring and Program Review.
Monday, April 15, at 11:30 a.m. in Sutton Hall’s Gorell Recital Hall
President Driscoll will lead this session to focus on an update on IUP, the State System’s financial sustainability work, and progress on the Academic Program Review and Restructuring process. It will also provide an opportunity for an open discussion about IUP’s future. A livestream will be available for this session.

Preparing for Course Registration/Meetings with Advisors |
In preparation for your meeting with your academic advisor to discuss course registration for next semester, take time to review your degree requirements and course options by accessing your specific academic information in DegreeWorks.
In the current MyIUP portal, my.iup.edu:

Sign in to MyIUP and click on the the Academics tab.
- In the View Academic Record section, click on DegreeWorks academic progress.

Log in to MyIUP. Go to Discover and search for "Degreeworks audit."
- On the Student DegreeWorks Audit card, click View audit.

I’m Struggling with Class—What Can I Do? |
The University College offers multiple academic support services. Contact your navigator to learn about tutoring, supplemental instruction, academic coaching, study support hours, and much more! You can also visit the University College website for more information. Don’t forget also to take advantage of your instructor’s office hours; you can find their office hours on your course syllabus.

The women’s basketball team opens play in the NCAA DII Atlantic Region Tournament tonight (Friday, March 15), facing off against Fayetteville State at 7:30 p.m. Cheer on your Crimson Hawks by watching the game (will include a fee). You can also check out live game stats and listen live here (both of which you can do for free). Talons Up!

Calling all mac 'n' cheese lovers! Join the Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics (SAND) on Wednesday, March 20, for their yearly Crockpot Cookoff in recognition of National Nutrition Month. The competition will be in the HUB Monongahela Room from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. For $2, you can taste the food and vote for your favorite to win. Who will reign the cheesiest at IUP?

Health Service will offer free TB Testing from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, at Suites on Maple East, G-67. Test readings will occur on Thursday, March 21, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the same location.

You don’t have to get tanked to have fun on Saint Patrick’s Day. IUP ATOD will hold events at various locations on campus throughout the week that don’t require alcohol. All students are invited to stop by throughout the week to check out events that range from learning about safe drinking behavior to Bingo.

Leadership skills involve being able to listen to others and move your group toward a common goal. Being a good leader can start now (taking the lead on a group project, joining a club/organization) and translate into your professional life.
If you’re looking to learn more about what it means to be a leader, join us at the next installment of our Career Ready Seminar Series on Monday, March 25, at 6:00 p.m. in Leonard Hall, room 225.

Mark your calendars for Monday, March 18. For the last time until 2045, that most stunning and rare of astronomical events, a total solar eclipse, will cross the contiguous US. Start planning for the sight of a lifetime!
You can watch the show at IUP’s Cejka Planetarium (second floor of Kopchick Hall) at 7:00 p.m. Seating is limited; doors will open 15 minutes before each show. Groups that wish to attend are asked to call in advance. For more information, call 724-357-5626 or 724-357-2379. Another free show is planned for Saturday, March 30, at 11:00 a.m. just in case you miss this week’s show.
