Campus Kudos

Kudos to Ruth Hansen, assistant professor of management, whose article with Lesley Alborough (Wellcome Trust) was selected as a Journal of Philanthropy and Marketing Editors' Choice for 2023. This approach allows for developing an understanding not only of donors' behaviour, but also that of fundraisers themselves." Read more »

Kudos to Jo Ann Oravec, professor of information technology and supply chain management, who will present a paper at the 81st annual Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) Conference on April 4-7, 2024, in Chicago. Her presentation is titled “Artificial Intelligence and Profiling in Lie Detection: Political and Social Implications of ‘Truth Machines.’”

Kudos to Richard Hanson, senior lecturer of philosophy and women’s and gender studies at UW-Whitewater at Rock County, who was named Beloit Rotary Teacher of the Month. Read more »
