Thank you for adapting to the recent changes to campus building access. I’m writing to share an update regarding Worner Campus Center, effective Monday, March 23 (the first day of Block 7, following Spring Break).
Worner will operate under a hybrid access model: all doors will remain locked and require Gold Card access, except for the accessible door on the north side of the building. This door will remain open according to our current schedule:
|
- Unlocked from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday
- Locked (Gold Card access only) after hours and during weekends, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break
|
This change, like the recent adjustments to academic buildings, is designed to provide a clear, consistent approach to building access to support the comfort, security, and focus of everyone in our community. For more context and practical reminders, you can revisit my message from February in which I explained the initial changes. Most importantly, please remember to carry your Gold Card with you while on campus.
We appreciate your cooperation as we implement this update and work together to keep our campus safe and welcoming.
Sincerely,
|
Dean of the College and Chief Operating Officer
