Welcome Back GLOW Dance!
Thurs, Sept. 7, 7-9pm, WHS Gym

A Freshman Pre-Dance prep party starts at 6:30p in the gym/theater foyer*

This is a fun, casual dance - come with your Link Crew group, a group of WHS friends, or by yourself and enjoy snacks, dancing, a FREE photobooth, and lots of neon lights!
(Note: no heels are allowed on the gym floor; tennis shoes, flats, and sandals only)
  • Tickets are $5 (with or without ASB) and will ONLY be on sale during Falcon Days, August 28 and 31, then again on September 6 and 7 at the Cashier's or Main Office before school, during Options, Lunch and after school.
    • Only current WHS students can attend (no guests from other schools!)
  • All students must have picture ID to enter the dance
  • Fines MUST be paid or cleared to purchase a dance ticket
Come in neon and/or white clothes as these will glow under the black lights best!
The dance will be in the main gym with music from DJ Mr. Brown, black lights, snacks, and a free photo backdrop to take pictures with your friends.
We encourage all students to come with their friends or even your Link Crew group! If dancing isn't your jam, there will be games and seating in the back gym to reconnect after a summer away from your friends at school!
*Learn more about the GLOW Dance on the website under Activities.

Please note: Transportation and before/after dance activities are not provided or sponsored by Woodinville High School or the Northshore School District. This includes any transportation/events including, but not limited to, limos, party buses, and boat excursions.

Reduced or Waived Fees 2023-24
Don't forget... families must re-apply every year!

Parents and guardians whose income falls within specified guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture should apply for free or reduced-price meals for their students. Applications will be available August 1st and are due by October 17th to avoid an interruption in benefits (only one application is required per family), but families can apply at any time during the year – throughout the year.

If you qualify for Free or Reduced Meals you may also qualify for:
  • School fee waivers (a fee waiver consent form must be completed) in addition to the Free and Reduced application.
    • See below for more information or contact your school counselor (available after August 23).
  • Other services such as health insurance.
    • Contact Nurse Christie Callahan or Jennifer Gardner for more information.
The free and reduced online application only takes a few minutes and is the fastest, easiest way to get approved.  Find the online application here: https://linqconnect.com/. Further information can be found on NSD’s Food Services website at https://www.nsd.org/schools/get-started/food-services/free-and-reduced-price-breakfast-lunch.
